1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or utilizing services provided by Tech Great, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please contact our team prior to commencing work.
2. Services & Milestone Delivery
Tech Great provides software development, AI automation, and innovation laboratory setup services defined under individual Statements of Work (SOW). All engagements operate on milestone-based approvals.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise in an active SOW, upon full milestone payment settlement, all custom source code, design assets, and project deliverables belong exclusively to the client.
4. Warranties & SLAs
We provide a dedicated post-launch warranty period for all custom software builds to remediate bugs or defects arising directly from project scope.
